Pharmacological effect

"Nemux" is a broad-spectrum medicament that exerts a multifaceted influence on the human body. In the complex, the drug has antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-aggregative (aggregation - cell adhesion into a large multicellular formation) effects. Take the medicine to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Unlike all other drugs in this group, the drug "Nemux" selectively has a suppressive effect (inhibits) on COX-2, slows down and completely stops the synthesis of prostaglandins in the area of inflammation. At the same time, the influence of Nemulex on COX-1 is much less pronounced. As a consequence, side effects due to inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in healthy cells and tissues develop less frequently than in other NSAIDs.

  1. Nemulex can enhance the action of cyclosporin on the kidneys.
  2. The physiological concentrations of unsaturated fatty acids do not affect the binding of nimesulide to serum albumin.
  3. In therapeutic concentrations, the binding of nimesulide was not affected by warfarin, furosemide, glibenclamide, digitoxin.
  4. It is not recommended to take the drug Nemux at the same time as diuretics, which have a damaging effect on renal hemodynamics.
  5. In the presence of nimesulide, free fractions of methotrexate can increase significantly.
  6. The concentration of lithium in the plasma increases with simultaneous administration of lithium preparations and the drug Nemux.
  7. Taking the drug Nemux in therapeutic doses for a short period does not change the serum digoxin profile in patients with mild heart failure.
  8. Nemux has no effect on drugs that affect the concentration of glucose in the blood and glucose tolerance in diabetic patients treated with sulfonylurea derivatives.
  9. There is evidence that nimesulide is able to reduce the bioavailability of furosemide, compete for binding to plasma proteins of fenofibrate, salicylic acid, tolbutamides. Nemux can replace salicylic acid and furosemide (but not warfarin) in plasma proteins.
  10. With the simultaneous use of the drug Nemuxle with GCS, serotonin reuptake inhibitors, the risk of developing gastrointestinal bleeding increases.

Reviews

We picked up some reviews of people who used Nemuxle powder:

  1. Sasha. Well obezbalivaet. The main thing is quickly, not more than an hour. I drink from rheumatoid arthritis. Not constantly, but with increased inflammation of the joints.
  2. Elena, the doctor. Excellent working generic, besides containing less sugar than the original version, which is important in some patients with carbohydrate metabolism. The price is normal compared to the same original. Efficiency showed no worse. Side effects - like all nimesulids, no more and no less.
  3. Anton. Wonderful drug. The leg is strongly twisted, with all the resulting, swelling is strong, bruise pain infernal - not to step on his leg. After a tablet of diclofenac and two packets of non-moleks, I somehow began to move. The pain was definitely asleep.
