Before starting therapy with Tamsulosin, the patient should be examined for other diseases that can cause the same symptoms as benign prostatic hyperplasia. In patients with impaired renal function, a change in the dosing regimen is not required. It is taken orally - 400 mcg once a day( after breakfast).
