Eye ointment Dexa-Gentamicin is a combined synthetic drug.It consists of two active substances - Gentamicin (antibiotic) and Dexamethasone (GCS). Compatibility of components is optimal, due to which the maximum therapeutic effect is achieved.
Dexa-Gentamicin is used in the treatment of inflammatory processes in the cornea of the eye.
The drug Dexa-Gentamicin is available in two forms - eye drops and ointment.
Eye ointment is white with a yellow tinge. Its composition:
dexamethasone 300 μg;
gentamycin sulfate - 5 mg;
petroleum jelly white;
liquid paraffin;
lanolin.
The delivery form is aluminum tubes with a volume of 2.5 g with a convenient polyethylene tip in a cardboard box. The maximum duration of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
