Pharmacological effect

The main active ingredient of capsules Diaflex diacerein is metabolized in the human body to the active compound of rhein.

Instructions for use

Capsules should be taken after meals, swallowing whole, without chewing, washing with water.

Diaflex Rompharm within the first 2 weeks can cause acceleration of transit in the intestine, therefore it is recommended to start treatment with 50 mg (1 caps.) / Day (in the evening, with food) for 4 weeks. Then the dose is increased to 100 mg / day.

Side effects
