FROMcautionshould apply the drug and limit its use in epilepsy, cerebral atherosclerosis, diabetes, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, hemochromatosis, sideroblastic anemia, thalassemia, hyperoxaluria, urolithiasis, dehydration, electrolyte disorders (risk of hypercalcaemia), diarrhea, malabsorption syndrome, calcium nephrourolythiasis (in the anamnesis), hypercalciuria; as well as in elderly patients with arterial hypertension (the risk of hemorrhagic stroke increases, due to the composition of rimantadine).

Application in pregnancy and lactation

It is forbidden to take Animax to women, regardless of the period, during pregnancy and lactation.

Instructions for use Animax

The instructions for use indicate that Anvimax is intended for oral use, beginning with the onset of the first symptoms of the disease.

Powder should be consumed after meals 2-3 times a day, previously dissolving the contents in 100-200 ml of water. The water should be slightly warmed to a temperature of 35-45 degrees Celsius. Animex is thoroughly stirred in water, the resulting suspension should be taken immediately.
Capsulated form of the drug should be consumed in the form of 2 capsules (1 pc. with the mark "P", 1 pc. with a "P" mark) 2-3 times a day.

The course of treatment by Anvimax is from 3 to 5 days. It is not recommended to exceed the 5-day period of treatment with the drug. If the symptoms of a cold do not disappear, you need a doctor's consultation.

Side effects

Conservative treatment of AnviMax can cause such undesirable consequences:

On the part of hematopoiesis: the change in blood counts (regular diagnostic tests are needed during conservative treatment).

Acidosis
Pale skin.

After 48 hours from the time of taking a high dosage of medication, signs of liver failure may appear. It is possible that hepatic pathologies can occur and fall into a coma.

Treatment is carried out by the introduction of a drug such as acetylcysteine, and methionine is also prescribed. Gastric lavage is shown, therapy is carried out to eliminate the observed symptoms. There is no specific antidote.
