Reviews

We picked up some reviews of people taking the drug Libexin:

  1. Ruslana. With a dry cough, libexine really helps, sputum goes off quickly enough, and when coughing it is a great relief. Dry cough just exhausts, that even at night you can not fall asleep from it! With the use of this drug, desires for coughing are reduced, only in taking medication, of course, need consistency and regularity, as in other cases!
  2. Nadia. With a dry irritating cough that appeared after a sore throat, it helps. The instructions clearly state that with a damp cough and in combination with expectorant and thinning liquor, do not use.
  3. Sergei. I think people with chronic bronchitis are familiar when inhaling cold air immediately starts coughing. A terrible feeling. The same nonsense I have. This tool is not a panacea, but it helps this whole process to flow milder. The sputum coughs up faster, the cough is more intense but lasts less. What can I say, just try. In principle, the price does not bite, you can use a lot and for a long time. It is unique, that the liver strongly overloads (in the tablet form 2 \ 3 preparations filters a liver). If you use during the height of the disease, the liver will not suffer, and you will recover faster.

Analogues

If, for one reason or another, Libexin does not work, this remedy can be replaced with another antitussive drug, for example:

  1. With the drug Kodelak Neo. Such a drug based on butramate is released in drops (allowed from 2 months of age), syrup (prescribed at the age of 3 years and older) and tablets (do not give to children). The medication affects the cough center, which leads to the suppression of the cough reflex, so it is especially in demand with a painful dry cough.
  2. Syrup Paxelidine. Such a preparation based on oxeladine has the ability to affect the cough center, but it does not inhibit breathing, but on the contrary, stimulates it. In childhood, he is appointed from 2.5 years old with a child's body weight above 15 kg.
  3. Syrup Broncholitin. The composition of this drug combined glaucin and ephedrine. Such substances affect the cough reflex, and also eliminate mucosal edema, stimulate breathing and dilate the bronchi. In childhood, the drug is used from 3 years. Analogues of this drug with the same composition are the syrups Bronchoton and Bronchocin.
  4. Syrup of Sinekod. This medicine with vanilla flavor contains butamate and is also available in drops allowed from two months of age. Sinecode in syrup is used for dry cough from 3 years.

Before using analogues, consult your doctor.
