The most useful movements are the following:

Lying on the left side of the
. Perform all exercises in such an initial position - the left hand under the head, the right hold on the edge of the couch or rest on the floor. Breathing is arbitrary.
- Lift the straight right leg up and down. Repeat 4-5 times.
- Lift the right leg up, to it lift the left leg and lower it together. At the beginning of the class, repeat 3-4 times, then do the exercise 6-8 times.
- Bend the right leg, put a foot behind the left knee, pull the right knee back to the stop, without lifting the feet, and tilt forward. Repeat 10 times.
- "Scissors" - the right straight leg - forward, the left straight leg - back, change the position of the legs up to 10 times.
Between the exercises, take a break for 2-3 minutes.
Do the same on the right side.
Lying on stomach
- PI - legs are elongated. Move the left straight leg through the right, then vice versa, 5-6 times. Breathing is arbitrary. Rest for 2-3 minutes.

Standing on all fours

- Get on your knees, hands up - inhale, lower your hands, sit on your heels - exhale( if there is no enlargement, thrombophlebitis or other diseases of veins).
- Rotate the pelvis 5 times to the right and left, while drawing in the rectum. Breathing is free. After doing an exercise 1-2 minutes rest.
- With your hands on the edges of the couch, lower your left foot to the right, put it on the floor, go back to and.etc., then lower your right foot to the left and go back to and.etc. Breathing is arbitrary. Repeat 5-6 times.
Sitting
- Sit on the couch( floor), straighten your legs, brush on your knees, move forward with your buttocks without hands, if not hard - you can back. Breathing is arbitrary.
- Sit on the edge of the couch( chair), straighten legs, cross, right leg on top. Strongly compress the buttocks - inhaling, drawing the rectum into yourself, relax - exhale. Repeat 10 times, then, changing the position of the legs, repeat 10 more times.
Standing
- IM - hold your hand for the support( table, chair, wall), legs cross: right in front, left behind. Rising on the toes, on the breath compress the buttocks. Repeat 10 times, change legs: left in front, right behind. Repeat 10 more times.
- I.P. - feet on the width of the shoulders, socks turned inwards, brushes on the belt. Half-crouch, kneeling together, squeezing the crotch, - inhale, back straight, go back to and.etc. - exhalation. Repeat 5-6 times.
- I.P. - feet together, hands down. Hands up - inhale, lower - exhale. Repeat 3-4 times.
- I.P. - holding hands for support. Walking in place with a cross step is 30-50 steps.
