Form of issue and composition
Light yellow solution, transparent and slightly viscous, foams, odorless.
- 2 ml of solution in a plastic disposable vial, 5 or 10 bottles in a cardboard bundle (drops);
- 40 ml in a vial, one bottle with a nebulizer in a cardboard bundle (spray).
100 grams of the drug (drops or spray) include 20 grams of TEA-cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen, 6 grams of coco betaine, 1.5 grams of 120-methylglucosodiolate PEG.
Additional substances: EDTA tetrasodium salt, phenoxyethanol parabens (ethylparaben E214, methylparaben E218, phenoxyethanol, propylparaben E216, butylparaben, isobutylparaben), water.

The use of A-cerumen makes it possible to dissolve the available ear sulfur plugs and slow the formation of new ones. The active ingredients of this drug are cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen, cocobetaine and PEG 120-methylglucosodiolate, representing are surface-active chemical compounds that exert local influence, promoting dissolution of the solid constituents of the earwax.

A-Cerumene is not prescribed for children under the age of 2.5! Do not use it for patients who have a shunt in the eardrum.
Pregnancy
It is permitted to use A-cerumen for pregnant women and women who are breastfeeding.
Instructions for use
The instructions for use indicate that using an A-Cerumene spray, you must make one injection in each ear, leave for 1 minute. Then you should tilt your head to one side so that dissolved sulfur dissipates from your ear. At the end of the procedure, you should rinse your ears with saline or water, wipe off the ear with a cotton swab.
- In the presence of sulfur plugs, A-Cerumene in the form of a spray is used in the morning and evening for 3-4 days. For regular hygiene of the ears - 2 times a week.
Instructions for A-Ceruman Solution:
- Bury 1/2 bottle in each ear and leave for 1 min. Then you should tilt your head to one side so that dissolved sulfur dissipates from your ear. At the end of the procedure, you should rinse your ears with saline or water, wipe off the ear with a cotton swab.
In the presence of sulfuric corks, A-Cerumene is used in the morning and evening for 3-4 days. For regular hygiene of the ears apply 2 times a week.
Side effects
The instructions to A-cerumen indicate that during the period of application of the drug in patients no side effects were observed. Sometimes, patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the drug may experience development of hyperemia, rash and itching at the site of its application. Therefore, the drug is not recommended to patients who have an individual intolerance of substances that make up its composition.
Overdose
