The main thing is to understand right from the start that the form itself in Qigong is not an end in itself, its task is to create a flow of energy within the body.

It is extremely important to gently breathe. Usually beginners try to breathe as deep as possible. They think that the deeper the breath, the more forces will come. This is not true. In the chi kung classes, not only air, but cosmic energy is inhaled. Efforts in inspiration often hinder the flow of cosmic energy.

Another prerequisite is the ability to relax. Doing an exercise, free your mind from unpleasant thoughts. These three points are fundamental to the whole practice of qigong. However, for a beginner who is completely unfamiliar with Qigong, even they can be difficult. Dont be upset. For some time, just try to do the exercise without any tension.

Technique of execution, how to do:

  1. Stand up straight, relax the muscles, put the legs together. Put your hands down.
  2. Turn the hands with your fingers to meet them so that there is a right angle between the hands and forearms.
  3. Place the palms to the ground and hold them in front of you( Figure 1.1).
  4. Raise your hands forward and up. The palms point upwards, towards the sky.
  5. Keep them perpendicular to the forearms( Figure 1.2).
  6. With your hands moving, gently inhale through your nose.
  7. Look at your fingers with your head up. Smoothly hold your breath.

  9. Then through the sides, put your hands down, gently exhaling with your mouth.
  10. Simultaneously lower your head and look forward( figure 1.3).
  11. Repeat the exercise 10 to 20 times.

Note that every time, moving palms towards the sky, feel how the 's back straightens. Lowering your hands, feel the flow of energy directed down along the body of the .

This exercise is called "Rise of the Sky."As in many other cases, its shape is deceptively simple. It is not the form itself that is important, but the flow of energy generated by the exercise of the exercise.

Do this exercise only ten times each morning, not missing a single day for three months. The results will be very tangible, and you will understand why "Sky Rise" is one of the best qigong exercises.

Exercise Qigong: Basis - Relaxing standing, the first step and intuitive wisdom

Long before modern science learned that matter and energy are two aspects of the same reality, this was known in ancient times. Masters of Qigong - just like the great saints of other ancient cultures - have discovered the eternal truth of the interconnection of matter and energy. Scientists comprehended the truth with the help of intelligence, precise instruments and giant observatories. Our ancestors did not have such opportunities. They came to the same conclusion with the help of intuitive wisdom, plunging into deep meditation.

Relax before meditation begins. Remember that this is the first step to intuitive wisdom.

Even if you are not interested in enhancing intuitive qualities, the opportunity to relax is very useful in itself.

  1. First, the ability to relax can prevent or reduce the risk of the disease.
  2. Secondly, relaxation will increase your efficiency and activity during leisure hours;if desired, you can increase and sexual activity.
  3. Third, relaxation is an essential element in Qigong practice.

Most qigong exercises, which are of great benefit, are performed with relaxation.

It's not difficult to relax, if you can. Here's what you need to do to relax.

Technique:

  1. Find a calm, quiet place. Stand straight, legs together. Lie down your hands freely along the body( see figure).
  2. Close your eyes and do not think about anything. Follow the steps below.
  3. Relax your head. Feel the muscles of the face and even the hair relax.
  4. Relax your shoulders. If necessary, shake them.
  5. Relax the chest and front of the case. Feel the naturalness of your breathing.
  6. Relax your back. Feel the relaxation of each muscle.
  7. Relax your hands all the way to your fingertips. The fingers can be bent.
  8. Relax your legs all the way to your fingertips. Feel all the tension go away from the soles of your feet.
  9. After relaxing the body, relax mentally. Feel that you do not care. Do not think about anything.

This sequence requires only two minutes to complete. You can relax at a convenient speed and spend ten minutes or as much as you need. Having reached physical and mental relaxation, remain in this joyful and calm state for five minutes. Can and longer - as long as you are pleased. But do not stay in this state for too long - you can fall asleep!

Vaughan Kuit-Keith said that he started classes at a young age, so the relaxation for him was natural. When, teaching others, he learned that many adults relax with great difficulty. Nevertheless, all of his students, who took Qigong lessons, learned to relax. Following this technique, you too soon share the bliss of relaxation.

Well, we came just in time to the most important - curing cancer and other incurable diseases with energy - the flow of qi.

All of the above - preparation for this - the main exercise. Read on.

Getting rid of incurable diseases with a flow of qi

The created flow of qi is an excellent remedy for the treatment of diseases. One of the greatest doctors of all time, Hua Too strongly recommended the following exercise as a preventative. Each beginner should pay attention to three points:

  1. Perhaps you will be surprised by the feelings during the exercise.
  2. The proposed exercise is not related to the religious tradition. Only your inner vital energy is used. It forces your body to move as if involuntarily. This is in no way connected with the "otherworldly" energies.
  3. If the pace of movement starts to increase, calmly command yourself to slow down the movement. Never panic. Always stay relaxed and calm.

If clothes restrict your movements, unfasten it. In case of an unexpected fall, make sure that the chosen location is safe for classes. Make sure that there are no sharp edges and protrusions next to it. Then follow these steps:

  1. Stand up straight and relax. Put your middle finger( left hand for men and right hand for women) on the navel and lightly press ten times. Then lower your arm along the body.
  2. With your other middle finger( right hand for men and left for women) gently massage the life point of the bai-gui on the vertex five times. After that, lower your arm along the body.
  3. Perform the Sky Rise Exercise 15-20 times. Each time, after doing one exercise, take a pause in one or two seconds to feel how the chi flows down your body.
  4. Do the Moonwalking exercise 15-20 times. At the end of each exercise, pause for one or two seconds and feel the flow of chi flowing down your body.
  5. Relax, close your eyes and stand still. If you are already swaying or moving, go to the next stage. If not, then imagine the flow of life energy. It flows around your head, flows down all over your body. If you can, feel the pleasure of a pleasant spread of energy throughout the body.
  6. If you started to swing or move, try to follow in tact, and not in spite of the movements. You are shaking the flow of qi inside your body. After a while, the movements will become involuntary. From time to time you can move around the room. Exercise will bring relaxation and pleasure. The eyes should be closed all the time. Later, with the acquisition of skills in doing this exercise, you can keep your eyes open.
  7. If you start to swing a lot, just say to yourself: "Let the swaying subside."If your body's movements have intensified before you could do anything, do not worry. Remain calm, tell yourself: "Now the movements will slow down" - so it will happen. It's very simple. By the way, this exercise shows how consciousness controls matter.
  8. Ten minutes after the start of the movements in the created qi flow or at any time when you want to stop, just tell the traffic to stop. It is very important not to stop abruptly. Let your movements stop smoothly, gradually.
  9. Stay idle, with your eyes closed for one or two minutes. Then rub your palms on one another until they get warm. Open your eyes and put your palms on them. Make a light facial massage. Then make at least thirty quick steps.

This exercise is priceless. If you do it constantly, then protect yourself from diseases that lead to the degeneration of tissues. If you already suffer from one of them - then you will begin to recover.

Below, see the additional Qigong complex. For all at once do not grab, it is better to spend several months on the above described exercises and get rid of all diseases.
