Pharmacological effect

Means for acne "Clenzite" refers to combined drugs, where active substances are adapalene and clindamycin.

  1. Antibiotic Clindamycin- belongs to the group of lincosamides; is very effective against bacteria that lead to suppuration of the hair follicles (i.e., to the formation of acne). When appointing, it is necessary to take into account cross resistance: if the bacteria were not sensitive to the antibiotic Linkomycin, they would not be sensitive to Clindamycin either. In this case, it is necessary to prescribe gels containing an antibiotic of another group, for example, erythromycin.
  2. Adapalen- Retinoid metabolite, which has an anti-inflammatory effect and pronounced comedonolytic activity (affects to open and closed comedones), normalizes the processes of keratinization and epidermal differentiation. The mechanism of action of the drug is based on the binding of adapalene to specific nuclear receptors of retinoic acid. Adapalen normalizes the process of differentiation of the epithelial cells of the follicles, thus reducing the formation of microcosmodes. Suppresses chemotaxis and chemokinetic reactions of polynucleated cells in humans, and also inhibits the metabolism of arachidonic acid and the formation of inflammatory mediators. Thus, it can be said that under the influence of adapalene, the cellular-mediated inflammatory component of acne is reduced.

Reviews

We picked up some feedback from people about the preparation of Clenzite C:

  1. Nadia. Used 4 weeks, as written in the instructions. At first there was a burning sensation, but not fatal. The first 2 weeks were terrible: the entire face was red with a lot of inflammation, everything was peeling and softening cream did not help (but then began to use simple children's cream, it became better), also it was impossible to touch the face (there were painful sensations at a touch with any surface). Another 2 weeks later, the side effect started: in the morning my eyes were swollen and flaky (((, so I stopped using it for 2 days. But despite all this, I endured to the end. In the end: the skin seems to have cleared, but there are still inflammations on the cheeks (((, I think that this is due to the fact that at night the medicine was wiped off about the pillow, in the end, these zones are now healing (I'm only now spreading it not at night, but right after the institute and I'm sitting at home, like helping on the sly). Honestly, the drug is very good, this effect I have not yet white from any other, so that ADVICE))) It is worth a little patient, to experience this feeling of freedom from the eternal problem))).
  2. Liuba. Every year in the summer, probably because of the heat, all the back was covered with pimples. They bothered me badly, combed it to blood, but there are more and more of them. The dermatologist prescribed gel "Clenzite C", mazyala before going to bed, absorbed well. A few days later the skin began to peel off, to peel off. I thought that the skin peels after sunburn. The doctor explained that the gel can not always be used, only by courses. A skin peeling is a normal process. In the future, you can use the gel "Clenzite", it is not addictive.
